In Raleigh's fast-pace market there is no other realtor I would trust than Sylvia Pinson. It is clear that the realtor industry is more than just a job for her. She is truly looking out for your best interest. When I first started searching for a house I was 25 years old, newly independent (my parents were 4 hours away in SC), new to home-ownership and new to the Raleigh area. Throughout the entire process Sylvia eased my fears, prepared me for buying process and provided thorough research so I could make an informed decision about the value of the homes. Over and above, she fought for me when I needed the seller to cover the unforeseen repairs found after the appraisal. When I found Sylvia I found more than just a realtor. I found a life-long friend. I would recommend Sylvia to anyone who is looking for someone outstanding and genuine. No other realtor can compare. She is one of a kind.

As a first time home buyer in a cutthroat market, I was scared and overwhelmed to say the least. Fortunately, I had Sylvia on my team from day one. She was always available to see property, patient even after several rejected offers, and completely transparent throughout the whole process. Over time she learned more about my idea of a perfect house, and went out of her way to find properties that I loved. I came to enjoy our house hunting so much it was bittersweet when I finally closed on my home, which I’m still thrilled to live in 3 years later! Fortunately for me, Sylvia is still here to celebrate each homeowner anniversary with me and answer any questions I can think of about owning a home in general. When I needed to find a house in a real big rush, Sylvia helped me so much. I was 3000 miles away in Oregon and I had to be out of my house, which I had sold, by a specific date only a few weeks away. I also had "big" requirements: a large, securely fenced yard for my super large dog; space for a garden; a specific distance from Raleigh; specific # of bed- & bathrooms; specific price. Sylvia pulled a rabbit out of her hat, she accomplished all that in 3 weeks! Not only that, but she helped me with info on where I could get my new loan and insurance. When I arrived at my new home after a tiring 5 day road trip, everything was done. All I had to do was unlock the front door and let my dog out back into a secure yard. I will always work with Sylvia for any of my real estate needs and I highly recommend her to anyone.

In a 30-year Air Force career, we bought and sold a lot of houses, some without a realtor, and most with one. Working well with a realtor is about (1) competence and (2) trust. A bit of creativity and dedicated hard work help, too. Sylvia Pinson is simply the finest realtor we’ve ever known, in every way. And a wonderful person. Trust? Oh, yes. Hard work? When the seller of a house we liked dropped his price, we asked Sylvia to jump quickly to beat other known bidders. Laser-focused, she got it done for us. We now live in that house, and love it. And we love Sylvia. Work with her (you can thank me later...).
