Sylvia was a pleasure to work with for the sale of my home - she is such a friendly, outgoing and warm person. She was very organized, provided lots of helpful information, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. She went above and beyond in helping prepare my house for sale and in presenting the best features. She speaks Spanish fluently, which helped in communicating with potential buyers and in translating some things to me. Sylvia was worth the commission and more, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their house.
