Sylvia offers her clients over 40 years of real estate sales experience. She is a native of Lancaster, SC, and started her real estate career in 1979. She formed Simpson and Williams Realtors in 1988. She later sold her company to Allen Tate in 1999 and continued to work as broker-in-charge until 2003. She knows Grand Strand market because she has enjoyed a "2nd home" at the beach since 1988 and became a permanent resident in 2005. She joined Watermark Real Estate Group in 2007 and is actively working with buyers interested in acquiring real estate along the Grand Strand as well as sellers looking to make a change. She knows all areas of this 60 miles of coastline and inland as well.
