About T. Clark

Mr. Miller is a native Texan that has lived in Nashville for more than 20 years. In that time, he's seen the big changes Music City and the surrounding area counties have undergone. Mr. Miller was motivated to get his real estate license back in 2007 after a botched home sale by a trusted friend/agent. In the end, Mr. Miller sold the home himself via for sale by owner (FSBO) and it was that subsequent experience that solidified the fact that a licensed professional is truly needed for property purchases. Not only is this true locally, but anywhere around Middle Tennessee and the entire state!

Since then, Mr. Miller has been involved in purchases in excess of $10 million and is equally proficient in residential and commercial properties. Give him a shout because Mr. Miller knows Nashville metro real estate!

T. was wonderful. Very funny and honest. He is looking out for his client and not simply trying to make a sale. One house we looked at, he was straight forward and said he did not feel that the house was safe for a single woman living alone to purchase. I would recommend him to anyone.

In a highly competitive real estate market, with less than perfect credit, the odds of me finding a condo close to the one I'd dreamed of seemed slim. It took about six weeks of looking, but after some skillful negotiations by T. Clark, I'm still marveling at the fact that I'm living in what pretty much is my dream home. Not only did he find me the perfect condo, he also found me the perfect mortgage company, and helped answer all my questions along the way. After I moved into my place, I was still discovering amenities and upsides to the neighborhood I hadn't realized before. Did I mentioned he saved me $5000 off the contract price before we got to closing?
