If you are looking for a realtor that is reliable, knowledgeable, and fun to work with - STOP SCROLLING! As a first time home buyer Tabi was extremely patient with us and made sure we were educated on the process to help us be confident in our purchase. We built a new home and Tabi consistently advocated for us and pushed the builder to ensure their time lines were met and we closed in time for Christmas. We had to do zero work AND were not stressed at any point in the process.

We bought in 2020 - Tabi has kept contact with us since then and we are now looking forward to hopefully purchasing our second home from Tabi!

After working with Tabi and her SENSATIONAL network to sell our home, I will never work with another realtor again (sorry, Tabi, but if I ever leave Florida, I guess you'll have to get licensed in other states...) - and I will aggressively tell everyone that she is the best! I've never met anyone who works harder or understands their industry better than Tabi does. Over the three years we worked together (thinking about selling, planning / prepping to sell, completing the sale, and starting to look for our next home), Tabi has been so supportive without pushing or nagging us to move more quickly. She is so knowledgeable about the industry, and has an amazing and trustworthy network of people who bring the same energy and work ethic that she does. ***PLATINUM EXPERIENCE-PROFESSIONAL AND ON POINT***

A little over a year ago, I was simply browsing properties on a realtor website, and inquired about a property online. To my surprise, Tabi reached out within 3 minutes of my inquiry.

Of course I asked her about her experience as well as other challenging questions, and to my pleasant surprise, she answered everything with confidence and certainty. (what can I say, I'm more than a bit detailed with important decisions like buying real estate :)....

For several months we looked at over a dozen properties until we found the perfect bachelor pad for me in downtown St Pete. We calculated the best offer scenario and got the property on our first bid (something very difficult to do in the current high demand, low inventory environment).

And then it happened... 2 weeks after moving into my new place, I met MY PERSON... out of the blue with zero expectations. This bachelor was head over heels in love and ready to make some magic in the journey ahead.

As Nelly and I navigated our thoughts and dreams, and realized we would need a much larger home within great school districts for our family we will start, we reached back out to Tabi.

The same year Tabi helped us buy an amazing home in Tampa, the Lightning won the Stanley Cup and the Bucs won the Superbowl. Coincidence? We think not! My husband and I first met Tabi over a year and a half ago when we began our long journey of finding our first home. The morning we met Tabi it was at a house we loved, but had JUST gone under contract. Our window was limited and we ended up signing another rental lease. When we were ready to start looking again many details were up in the air, except one, Tabi! My husband and I were both confident in her abilities, honesty, and professionalism. Plus, we both just liked her from "hello".

This was my first experience looking at homes to buy and I didn't know what to expect or even the right questions to ask. I was really just depending on my husband to take the lead and I'd just follow along. However, Tabi took the extra time with me and explained everything I wanted to know or needed to know to me until I fully understood it. She pulled me into the processes in a gentle way and made me feel comfortable asking my "first time home buyer" questions and like a part, not a spectator.

On this go around, I cannot even count the houses we looked at with Tabi. I just remember meeting her time and time again and going through house after house. I was apologetic that some of the houses I didn't even want to walk in because I didn't get "that feeling". She was totally understanding and I realized the more we worked together, she is like a learning algorithm. The more experiences she had with us the more she understood what we like and didn't and what would or would not work for us. What patience and insight!

One of the things that stood out the most about Tabi, professionally speaking, was her punctuality and short response time to any mode of communication throughout the ENTIRE process. Even after we signed, she was still there answering my "first time home owner" questions. She was also extremely accommodating, even with her heavy client load! A few times we found houses we wanted to see when she was on a business trip and instead of us waiting on her, she had another realtor meet us and we never missed a beat in our house hunting.

Tabi literally found our house for us! It wasn't even listed yet and she used her connections to get us a viewing before the house was even finished being renovated and she helped us contract in our own personal touches. It was everything we wanted and so worth the wait!!!

We had such good vibes from the second we walked into our new home and Tabi kept those good vibes coming with a seamless closing. She had to go to bat for us several times during the closing process with a few details and fought for to get us exactly what we wanted, we didn't feel any rift at all because she just handled it! She was always there on center stage and behind the scenes working for us to make this experience all we hoped it would be!

I recommend Tabi 100% to my family, closest friends, or anyone in the Tampa area looking for a place to call "home" and a wonderful experience with a realtor! When you go to the closing table, you want it to be with Tabi!

Once my husband and I decided to move to Tampa from Nashville, we knew we had to have a local Realtor to help guide us on our purchase. Being a gay couple, we also knew we specifically wanted an LGBT Realtor to represent us. Having an LGBT agent on our side was important to us because we wanted a Realtor to understand our concerns and our desires in our new city. While there are certainly many qualified Realtors available in the Tampa Bay area, we decided that for our purposes, finding a driven, professional LGBT Realtor was essential.

Tabi truly is the coolest realtor in Tampa Bay which is refreshing considering how scorching it can get in Florida! My husband and I first met Tabi about a year and a half ago where we met her at an open house.
