I went through Tabitha and the Hippolyte Group to purchase my first home. She was a great Realtor, very informative as to what I should look for in my home search. She was knowledgeable about the market and was urgent about me making offers if my criteria’s were met. That resulted in a home that I am in love with still 10 months down the road. She’s a great person also, always checks up on me to see how my home and family are. I would 15/10 recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. I’ll be using her services again on any real estate deals in the future.

This was my first time purchasing a home after moving to Georgia 3 years ago. My knowledge about the process was very limited, but with the help of my realtor, she gave me the confidence to go through with it. She took her time to explain the steps and what she can offer in a great presentation when we started,gave me different scenarios and hick-ups we might encounter on our journey, worked hard to make sure our demands were met pertaining to the repairs, and most of all answered every annoying call we made in a timely manner. You can rest assured that once you have entrusted Tabitha with your home buying or selling needs you are in the best of hands. Tabitha is professional and is truly your advocate during the entire process.

The constant communication, attention to detail and the team of professionals Ms. Hippolyte works with us are the best in the business. If you listen and work the process our old home was under contract two days after our pictures were posted to her site and we sold within that same month on our terms.

Do not take chances with another realtor you will waste your time and be very frustrated. The Hippolyte Group is where we continue to refer our friends and family and will do business again soon. Once you are a client you are forever apart of the family.

Tabitha did an excellent good. Being a first time homebuyer, I asked lots of questions. I didn’t know a lot about the process, but knew what I wanted. She was patient with me and made sure I got what I needed. She made the process easy and stress free.

Once I moved in, unfortunately, my living room flooded. It was due to the sewage line, which was backed up with construction debris. The new home was under warranty, but the builders tried to blame me. Tabitha was in my corner the entire time. She stepped in and contacted several people within the company. Overall, the builders decided to finally fix all damages.

Thank you Tabitha for all your help. You didn’t have to help me at all after the closing, but you did. I’m truly grateful.

Tabitha Hippolyte is the real estate professional you want to work with! I set out to purchase a home for the first time in 2018, I was absolutely clueless about where to begin until I met Tab! She sat me down and went over everything I needed to know and got right to work helping me find the home of my dreams. Once I had the perfect home in my sights she fought for me to purchase the home on my terms, she encouraged me to be bold in asking for a deal that would make me happy and set me up for success as a first time homeowner. Not 5 stars... but 10 stars would be more fitting. Tab was hands-down amazing at what she did for me and my family during my new home purchase. Not only did she provide me with guidance and her expertise during every step of this purchase, but she also represented me when I sold my last home in May 2019 in less than 30 days with all of my terms met! Tabitha was the perfect real estate agent for us. On the first occasion my wife and I met with her, she held a small presentation for us at a Starbucks in which she explained in detail the home purchasing process. She was knowledgeable and friendly. Although she thoroughly informed us, we still weren't sure we were ready to commit to home buying. She was very understanding with this and continued to support us through our doubts. She kept contact with us and checked in as well. A couple of months later our situation changed and we suddenly were ready to try it out. She quickly gathered the resources we needed and to our surprise we were preapproved! Then began what is usually the most difficult part yet our house hunting process was amazing. She sent us many houses to look through and we ended up visiting a few. Finally we found a house we fell in love with and she put in an offer that night. Again to our surprise, it was accepted. She walked us through every step of our inspection and appraisal and we closed in about 20 days. As first time homebuyers we were thrilled with our experience with Tab. She is extremely reassuring and supportive. To this day she continues to follow up with us and send us handwritten cards throughout the year. Most recently she congratulated us on our first year of home ownership which was such a kind gesture. We will most definitely go to her for any real estate needs in the future as she has become a dear friend to our family. I would encourage anyone looking for a real estate agent to have one sit down with Tab and that will be all it takes to choose her. She has the resources, connections, and most importantly the attitude you need from someone helping you with such a major commitment. We thought we were years away from being homeowners yet Tabitha made it possible and extremely easy. We are extremely grateful we chose her as our realtor.

When she followed up with me, I decided to meet with her to get information about preparing to become a homeowner. Our first for all meeting was great, Tabitha was very informative & easy to talk to. Being first time home buyers, we were a little intimidated at first. Luckily we found Tab and The Hippolyte group which made this process seem so much easier than we could have ever anticipated.
