When I had to move back to Florida, I had to do something with my house in Marietta. I interviewed four real estate agents, but I was not impressed with any of them. Then a man who came to do some work at my house (two years later I cannot recall who that was) could not say enough about the Kramers; he had worked on houses that they were involved in. I gave them a call, and was impressed. Not only did Jeanette respond quickly, but she helped me find work people who could help me get the house ready for sale. But the market was down, so I decided to rent the house. Tal was very involved, and he kept me informed as to what was happening and continues to keep me posted. I have had 2 great renters now, found by Tal and Jeanette, and they are on top of any repairs that need to be done. I am very far away from my beloved home, but I do not worry at all as I know the Kramers will handle anything that comes up.
