Tala is a very professional Realtor, very honest, dedicated, patient, smart, courteous. My husband and I contacted her to find us a property, she quickly understood what we needed and eventually in very little time found it for us. Tala was fantastic at assisting my daughter and I to find a condo to suit our needs in Florida. She was always quick to respond to our questions and gathered any further information that would be helpful. And even during this global pandemic she did numerous video calls to show us the properties in person so that we could make decisions based on the actual properties interiors and condition. I was recommended to use Tala Nijmeh by a friend because of her updates/constant marketing and ability to execute regardless of the ever changing market. We didn’t always agree on things, but in the end she was correct and stood her ground based on data not opinions. I’ll definitely be calling her soon for other properties.

My husband and I were first searching for a rental property as our landlord decided to sell. In our search, we came across a property for sale that put us in touch with Tala Nijmeh. As we explored options, Tala was consistent in her approach that helped us figure out what type of property fit our lifestyle and what made sense based on our 3-5 year goals. She has an amazingly caring personality and we truly had fun, never a dull moment, all the way to closing. She was knowledgeable on market trends and has stayed in touch, (we closed almost 5 months ago) checking in to see how we were faring during COVID-19 and again to let us know about the Bocelli performance on Easter.
