I would say I’m the type of person who thoroughly researches before diving into something new, so when I was looking for a Realtor to assist me with my first time home purchase I was careful in my choice. After doing my due diligence I had high expectations for this brokerage and I must say Taliah and her team showed up and were nothing short of amazing. Professional, knowledgeable, available and most important of all they advocated on my behalf every step of the way. The level of service is unmatched - I mean everyone on her team operated in excellence so this is clearly the culture at this firm. It was important to me to understand what I was doing since this was maybe the single most expensive purchase I would prob make in my whole lifetime and when I tell you the way they provided that education - resources in the form of checklists, and presentations I could take home and share with my family and friends etc - the attention to detail is top notch! Thank you for taking pride in representation, we LOVE our new home and are forever grateful.

Taliah and her team have been an EXCEPTIONAL agent since start to finish! She helped us from start to finish in closing on our first home, a DREAMY condo in NJ in a sellers market with low inventory in our budget range!! Everything was explained and detailed with no ends left undone. We highly recommend Taliah as both a buyer and sellers agent in NJ!

I’ve been searching for an appointment for almost a year now, and came across an apartment on apartments.com. I was working with Taliah Karim. All the reviews I found had me nervous and on the fence. When I seen the word fraudulent. I second guessed after submitting my deposit and questioning Taliah who advised “trust me.” I couldn’t of been any more happier with the end results. I picked up my keys yesterday making it official. I love my beautiful one bedroom apartment. I couldn’t be any happier!!! :)

I had a wonderful experience renting through TK Real Estate. It was at first a bit stressful realizing my move was going to occur right in the middle of this unsettling situation in New York and New Jersey.
