Tamar Hill

Ever since she was young, Tamar has had an entrepreneurial spirit. It could be that she got it from her dad - he was a small business owner. But it could also be the fact that she grew up with seven siblings and well, they learned how to fend for themselves! By age eleven, she was babysitting, had a paper route, and was selling candy to classmates as a side hustle. Not much has changed! Tamar has a BA and Masters in teaching and taught High School Biology for sixteen years. She also coached the Girls Varsity Basketball team for fourteen seasons. She spent two years as the ASB Advisor and three years as the Athletic Director. She's kind of like the Energizer Bunny in that she never stops going. In fact, she decided to open a sports camp, as well as a Kona Ice franchise. If you haven't guessed it by now, Tamar knows how to multi-task and get things done.? She's a California gal at heart, but wanted to purchase a home in Florida to be close to family. She went through the home buying process during March of 2020, one of the craziest times in the nation's history. It made her passionate about real estate and helping people find their home.
