She was always available to answer questions and she devoted many hours to our home search. Tamara knows her stuff and is very competent to get your house sold quickly and for a good price. If you want to find a house quick or sell the one you have quicker Tammy K is the only realtor I’d use. I’ve used Tammy for several years and multiple houses buying and selling. I can’t thank her enough for all the help she provides and the knowledge she as when it comes to properties/selling/buying ect.

We are now residing in our dream house thanks to Tamara and her hard work. She was holding an open house that we went to view. We viewed that house but really fell in love with another one being constructed next door. She got us in that house and 3 days later we had it under contract. She listed the house we was in and sold it quickly. She handled many extra details for us to help the process. We had a difficult time with our mortgage company requesting one document after another on our new house. Tamara was on the phone with them and the builder many times over. I’d recommend her to help make your dream home a reality.
