We chose Tamara Murry after interviewing two other realtors in the Carson City area. Although all the realtors we interviewed did some homework on other homes in the area, Tamara did more. We were impressed that, before the first meeting, she called realtors to discuss the selling price of the homes listed, walked through her website and process for listing, walked through our home offering suggestions on staging, and spent considerably more F2F time with us. Her easy and positive attitude also helped seal the deal.

Tamara is very friendly, personable, and approachable so asking questions was easy, regardless of how simple or complex the question might be. If Tamara was unsure, she would always do the research to find an answer. Most importantly, Tamara is a good communicator by phone, text, or email and kept us abreast of all interactions with realtors/buyers and showings. We were not living in the home when it was listed and, through Tamara’s communication, never wondered what was happening with our home.

We truly benefited from Tamara’s practical knowledge on the process of selling a home. She has a keen eye for staging and really puts out an exceptional effort, with her husband, to market the home on realty websites. Her website presentations include very artistic video walk-throughs and drone images that beautifully highlight the property selling points but also honestly capture the full layout of the home.

It was obvious to us that Tamara keeps abreast of market home values in Reno/Sparks-Carson City-Minden/Gardnerville. She was so very helpful in setting an initial selling price, down-the-road adjustments to that price, and during the negotiating period. That latter part can be stressful of course and Tamara words helped bring some reality and stress reduction to that give-and-take. Rest assured that she is in your corner and doing work with each realtor to balance that fine line between your price goal and not losing a reasonable opportunity to sell. Her support and communication continued through the escrow and document signing period and was always willing and helpful to explain difficult terms and complex processes.

I must say that Tamara really went beyond normal Realty services on our behalf – she checked on our home frequently while we were away to make sure all is well, including watering all the plants inside the home…and there were many plants…who does that?

Tamara Murry is an excellent real estate agent. When we resided in NV, we worked with her on buying our home and later selling it. We would recommend her to anyone that wants to buy or sell their home. She is cognizant of the concerns and preferences of her clients, provides honest and objective advice, and adapts to the customer’s needs. She is very knowledgeable about the Northern NV real estate market and keeps you informed of market trends and feedback from sellers and other realtors. As our selling agent, she was very responsive, resourceful, and proactive with prospective buyers, agents, lenders, and escrow. If we return to NV, she will be the first agent we choose for our real estate needs.

Tamara was a delight! She routinely sells house worth over $500,000. Even though our house budget was modest (less than $400,000), she gladly worked with us. She is very knowledgeable and able to explain the complications of purchasing a house during the 2021 housing frenzy. When we decided on a house, she was instrumental in our bid being accepted for a house that received16 bids. If we sell this new home, we will definitely return to Tamara. She also recommended Lake Tahoe Mortgage as our lender--awesome lender!

Tamara is a go getter. She stayed on top of the housing market to ensure that I was seeing every property I wanted to. She is the reason I got the house of my dreams. She knows what she is doing and was a huge help throughout the entire process. She even went to the title company with me to sign my closing documents and caught mistakes they had made which resulted in me saving hundreds. "My husband and I were so thankful to find Tamara. We worked with several Real Estate agents who showed houses to us, but were discouraged by the agents' lack of committment to us as buyers...that is ...until we found Tamara. Tamara made us feel she was our personal buyer's agent; she figured out what we were interested in, showed us a variety of houses, then found the perfect home for us. Tamara made herself available to answer all questions and guided us through the process (it had been 38 years since we bought a home!).
