Tamara is like no other realtor we have worked with in the past. She is attentive, caring, patient and makes it her mission to find you, not just a house but your new home. We loved how she inspected the houses when we were walking through them as if she was the buyer. She was there for every step and provided support at every challenge without having to ask. Tamara Nicholson has been the most diligent agent over a four year hunt for a home. Tamara is patient and understanding of the ups and downs we faced in life during a hunt for a home. She never appeared frustrated with us as she showed us home after home. I do not believe that we could have found an agent that would have persevered through four years and the Covid-19 Pandemic. Tamara managed to find the home that I now live in and I am very grateful to this very professional and thoughtful woman.
