Tamara Stout

After 25 years in a successful career as a speech-language pathologist and learning specialist, Tamara decided that she was ready for a new challenge. As the saying goes, be careful what you wish for as she certainly entered the arena of real estate during a challenging period. Despite the challenges Tamara faced when she became an agent in late 2007, she thoroughly enjoyed helping both buyers and sellers navigate the real estate market...and still does! Tamara specializes in new construction, relocation, luxury homes, lakefront properties, and residential real estate. She represents both buyers and sellers in the residential market with a focus on offering the highest level of customer service, aggressive and innovative marketing strategies, and a solid knowledge of the market. In 2008 and 2009, two years most people describe as the worst real estate market in history, Tamara was a Million Dollar Club recipient each year. In 2009 she was the only Million Dollar Club recipient in New Homes for the 400 North Board of Realtors and in 2010, 2011, and 2013 was named Agent of the Year, having the highest gross commission income for an individual in the company. Tamara was also recognized in 2010, 2011, and 2013 as the #1 selling New Homes Agent for the 400 North Board of Realtors. In 2013 she was also awarded the Centurion award from Century 21 for being a top producing agent and is currently a top 5 agent with Century 21 regionally. Tamara holds designations as a Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, an Accredited Buyers Representative, and is a Lifetime Member of the 400 North Board of Realtors. She holds a BS degree from Auburn University, an MS degree from Vanderbilt University, and a PhD from Georgia State University. Tamara has been married for 31 years and has two sons. Her older son recently graduated from Georgia Tech and her younger son is a junior at Georgia Tech.
