We recently used Tambria to sell our vacant land (lot), she exceeded our expectations! We thought we would just test the market, not expecting a vacant lot to sell as quickly as an actual house; however, to our surprise, Tambria called us 3 days later with an offer. She was great about answering our calls and/or texts, always within a short time. She answered questions and was sure to guide us through the process, as needed. Lastly, I can not express enough how absolutely nice, honest, and endearing she is! It was a pleasure working with her and would recommend her to my friends and family.
