With a wealth of experience and a passion for the industry, Tami’s journey to entrepreneurship in the real estate world is marked by dedication and a diverse professional background.

Before venturing into real estate, Tami navigated various professional fields, including telecommunications, the mortgage industry, and commercial property management. This diverse experience laid a solid foundation for her eventual leadership in the real estate domain.

Tami’s commitment to the protection of Private Property Rights is evident through her active involvement at the Federal, State, and Local levels. Her contributions as a Texas REALTORS® Trustee for the Austin Board of REALTORS® (ABoR) from 2016-2019, Chair of Advocacy for Williamson County Association of Realtors, along with her roles in the Legislative Management Team and as a director of the ABoR Foundation, showcase her dedication to the real estate community.

A distinguished graduate of the Texas Real Estate Leadership Program (TRLP) class of 2015, Tami continues to invest her time and resources in advocacy as a NAR Golden R and President’s Circle for the Realtors Political Action Committee (RPAC).

Beyond her professional commitments, Tami is deeply involved in community service, particularly with The 100 Club of Central Texas, the Austin Police Association’s Cops for Charity, and the Austin Police Department’s Operation Blue Santa. The non-profits offer support to members of public safety agencies after critical incidents and to community programs supporting less fortunate children and families. Her leadership as the Chair of The 100 Club from 2015-2018 and her ongoing individual Lifetime Membership reflect her commitment to making a positive impact.

Family is at the heart of Tami’s life. Married with three adult daughters and three grandchildren residing in Idaho, she finds joy in spending quality time with loved ones. As an Alpha Phi Alumna with the University of Texas, Omega chapter, Tami enjoys fostering connections and camaraderie.

In her leisure, Tami indulges in her hobbies, which include reading and sharing a good round of golf with her husband. With a blend of professional prowess, community dedication, and a genuine love for family, Tami Baker is a revered figure in the Central Texas real estate landscape.
