This message is directed to anyone considering the services of Tami Cook, of Tropic Shores Realty for buying or selling a home. Tami sold my home of 15 years, and it is my pleasure to highly recommend her without reservation. I recently retired from a career of more than 45 successful years in Sales and Sales and Marketing Management. In that time, I came to recognize sales talent from “Great” down to “Those who should seek other employment”. Tami, in my experience, is in the A+ area of “Great”. She is a seasoned, well organized, dedicated “Student” of her trade and a professional at it. Let me first explain that the term “Salesperson” holds an erroneous perception, by many folks, of the slick, lying, aggressive person. In truth, a good salesperson does not sell. (Not a typo mistake). A good salesperson simply helps his or her clients with their own decision to buy. Tami will tell you that she likes people, It comes through from the start. She spends time getting to know her clients.

I have know Tami for many years and she has helped me sell both of my houses. Her Expertise helped me get the most out of my house and so many of her suggestions helped in so many ways.

Tami was very helpful and knowledgeable while getting our home ready to sell. Once on the market Tami communicated with me in a timely manner and kept me updated with results of the showings she scheduled. My home was sold In about 8 days! I couldn't be happier with the whole process from start to finish.
