My husband, Nick and I can’t recommend Tami Jacobson highly enough! We have another home in Los Angeles and it took about a year to be ready to purchase here. During that time, Tami listened to our needs, sent me properties she thought met our criteria and DIDNT BUG ME! When we were ready to purchase, she was exceptionally responsive to all calls and emails, set up appointments for great properties and gave great advice about different neighborhoods. The title company (the selling realtor’s choice) was a little challenging, but Tami was a great advocate and we closed in 9 days! We came on a weekend in February from California with a list of homes we found on Zillow. We wanted to check out Sun City Anthem as a future home. We followed an OPEN HOUSE sign to a home that was not on our list and that is where we met Tami Jacobson. She offered to show us all the houses on our list, since none of them where having an open house. We spent 2 hours with Tami. She shared her expertise with us comparing our "houses" with others on the market and whether they were priced fairly. We immediately felt that FATE led us to that open house. Tami continued to search for that perfect house, sending us emails as new houses came on the market that met our criteria, while we waited for our home to sell in California. When the time came to move, Tami took us to see many homes in the area.
