Ms. Jackson has to be the hardest working Realtor in the state of Virginia. She labored day and night to help us secure our 2nd home.
She went above and beyond to ensure we were happy customers and didn’t pressure or rush us through the process; which was surprisingly quick.
We fell in love with the first home we saw and ended up closing on it in a little over a month, if that.
We closed in mid June and Ms. Jackson has kept in touch with us beyond the closing date to ensure promises were kept in the seller side. So grateful for her knowledge and experience. I would definitely recommend her.

We had been talking to Tamika Jackson for a few years about plans to resettle in the Fredericksburg area. So we secured Tamika Jackson as our realtor when we decided to build a new home with a large homebuilder firm. From the start, she was highly aggressive in looking out for our welfare, liaising with the builder on our behalf, and ensuring we remained informed on all matters. Although this process was initiated during the pandemic and took over 21 months, she was persistent in keeping us advised and encouraged to stay the course.

Tamika continued to keep us informed on developments and when a new lot in the community opened up that was more to our liking, it was she who advised us of this new opportunity. She was always available to answer questions and provide her professional perspectives. Whenever the builder lagged on information, she was there to ensure the lines of communication remained open and clear. She was thorough in ensuring all documentation was correct and provided to us on time.

Throughout the process, Tamika was professional, assertive, thorough and knowledgeable about every matter that arose. She provided a personal touch to the real estate transaction and treated it as it was her own home being purchased.

My wife and I recently went through the process of selling our home. When we started the process we were looking for a realtor who could meet our demands and work well with our personalities. We were fortunate to find Tamika Jackson of CTI Real Estate.

From the beginning of the process Tamika was thorough, knowledgeable and provided us with a feeling of security. She took the time to explain each step of the process and was always available to answer questions. She had a full comprehension of the appraisal process which was important as she was able to give us an accurate market value of our home which played such a huge role.

The things that most stood out to us was her willingness to go to bat for us no matter what all while letting us make informed decisions throughout the process. Tamika has a great personality and a way of making you feel like you have known her for many years. Tamika went well above and beyond to assure not only we as the seller were able to get to closing but also was kind enough to solidify the deal for the buyer as well when the buyers realtor was not willing to go the extra steps for their own client. In our opinion this speaks in large to Tamika's character as well as to how kind of a human she truly is.

One last thing that stood out which I feel may appeal to buyers and sellers looking for a realtor. We wanted someone who was willing to do the work and follow through without ego and able to push through tough conversations without putting their personality in the way. Tamika was that.

We sold our home a couple of weeks ago.
