Ms. Drummond did an outstanding job in assisting in the sale of a condo in Falls Chruch, VA. Due to the property being in a Trust this became a very complex sale. The agent/office representing the buyer made several missteps which created additional confusion and work for Ms. Drummond. Without her due diligence and repeated follow-ups this sale would have been significant more difficult for the seller.

Tammey is the consummate professional. From our first encounter, she put a priority on selling our home. She brought in a professional photographer that showcased the colors and openness of our home, a master class in selling 101.

We launched at noon on Friday and had two showings that evening. After showings and a grand open house that Sunday, we had garnered 5 strong offers by Monday, and we sold on Tuesday. All this was attributed to Tammey’s attention to detail and professionalism. We have already recommended her services to our friends and will also recommend her to anyone in the market of selling or buying.

I want to thank Tammey Drummond for being an awesome, patient, and honest realtor. Tammey worked with us for almost two years before we purchased a home. We kept asking to see house after house and she kept showing us and was so pleasant about it. I’m not sure if I could have put up with me. She was knowledgeable, very efficient, and professional.
