We were relocating from MA to CA and we were looking for an investment property, I was referred to Tammie by an architect from Danville. The market in CA is so bad this year, Tammie was so patient with us in finding us what we want. She worked really hard. We were working with her from MA and she did most of the work for us virtually. Tammie is not only a passionate real estate agent but an awesome awesome person with a beautiful heart. She found us an amazing property and she is working hard in finishing up complex commercial loans and making this happen for us. While working with her, I have observed her loyalty towards her clients. She investigates and gives honest opinion on the house like a family member would do. I'm so lucky to have found Tammie, she will not only be our "go-to" agent in the Bay area but also a good friend. I would recommend her 100% if you are looking to buy or sell your house.

Tammie Gambeski was our agent for a complicated real estate sale. We listed a rental property with a difficult tenant and roof issues which required a roof replacement. Both obstacles required us to take the property off market for almost a year and resolve them before listing the property again. Tammie stayed with us throughout the whole process, went above and beyond when dealing with the tenant, and helped us to, eventually, sell the property over asking price in a multiple-offer situation in a matter of days. We are extremely pleased with her services!

Tammie is a consummate professional. As an architect I work with many realtors and other professionals in construction / real estate and I will be recommending her to all my clients that need a realtor. Tammie did a phenomenal job marketing and selling our high end custom home within a week of it being listed. Tammie highlighted all the special features I added into our home as an architect with the marketing and also helped produce and selected the photos and video making the house truly sing to the buyer. She also produced an impressive analytics package of potential buyers and she put together a phenomenal portfolio of all the drawings and documentation for the buyer.
