Tammy, and her sister, were both excellent during our home buying process. Initially she helped us find a rental, even though there was no commission involved, and so when we decided it was time to buy we reached out to her again. She was patient with us and any home we requested to see she got us in right away and if she wasn’t available that specific moment had her sister help out so there was no delay. She navigated the multiple offer situation and ultimately got us the house we loved! We have referred her to friends and family who have all been very happy as well. Tammy is a joy to be around, and work with, and I highly recommend her if in the market for a new home!

I was very fortunate to have been able to connect with Brooke on Facebook. I have recently made the move from NJ to Florida and I couldn’t have done it without her and her sister, Tammy. I work with Tammy all the time on home inspections. From my experience, she is extremely professional, and a huge advocate for the buyers. She is always asking me (the inspector) about my findings right away during, and after the inspection. This helps prepare the buyers for any surprises that may arise from the inspection. This also helps speed up the process so that the sellers can make any repairs to the home. This gives the buyers peace of mind that the home is in good working order prior to closing. She is very much involved in all of the home buying process from start to finish.
