The marketing and pictures were spectacular. My first time dealing with multiple offers, but Tammy and Christopher's experience made the decisions easy as they laid out my options along with their recommendations. A definite FIVE STAR experience. We will do business again someday down the road.

I am old and somewhat eccentric ( or spoiled possibly) so not the easiest to work with. To see people work that hard was refreshing in this day and world. Tammy has an exceptional ability to understand the real estate market. She introduced us to a gorgeous prime vacant lot on Tierra Verde which was for sale. We fell in love with it! Tammy assisted us with the purchase and we built our home there. After this wonderful experience with Tammy, when we recently needed to sell my Mother’s condo after her passing, there was never any hesitation in our decision to have Tammy and her Team on our side while navigating this journey. Its a very competitive housing market , however Tammy managed to find us a house in the community and on one of the 2 specific streets we were targeting. She worked with us providing video showings of potential houses while we lived abroad. She came recommended to us by an extended family member who used to be in the real estate business. We recently sold our condo. I called Tammy because I had received her brochure. It was the best thing I did. I got a call back within less than an hour and the ball was rolling from there. Tammy and her team did everything from there. They were pleasant, patient and productive. Overall, phenomenal. We could not be any happier. The condo and closing were all within a month. We met Tammy when she showed us a condo we saw online. We were struck by her friendliness and her knowledge of the area and her property. Tammy grew up in our area so she really new the ins and outs. We were so impressed with her, that we engaged her to sell our home. She was at every showing so she could personally extol the virtues of our house. She never uses a lock box because she wants to give buyers and your home personal attention. We sold our house in a month and Tammy was a big part of why. Tammy and her team sold us our home in Tierra Verde in 2017. Just recently, she sold it again when we moved out of State. Just a terrific realtor, Tammy has great local knowledge and is extremely well-organized. When we were getting ready to sell our home a couple of months ago, Tammy gave us reasonable suggestions about changes we needed to make to the house; some capital improvements, some cosmetic and always prioritized.

Our house was sold quickly and for a very good price. The buyer was well-qualified; as a result we progressed to Closing without problems.

We felt great about Tammy when we bought in 2017 and just as good as a seller in 2020

In our opinion, she's simply the best at what she does.

Experienced. Personable. Reliable. Honest. Professional. We can not say enough about the wonderful experience we have had working with Tammy and her team. She represented us as both a purchasing agent and selling agent simultaneously, and we are so grateful to have had her by our side for both. She is INCREDIBLY knowledgeable on the local area (and has even connected us to resources in our new neighborhood, helped us navigate options for local nursery schools, and introduced us to some of the fabulous people we will now call neighbors). The purchasing of our new home was absolutely seamless, and for that we are grateful. Either Tammy, Mike, or Christopher were present for each showing and/or appointment with appraisers, inspection companies, title companies, etc. She was extremely responsive and professional. In today’s world a single realtor is at a disadvantage compared to one with a team. Tammy doesn’t use lock boxes. Someone attends every showing. Her marketing is over the top and her videos and photography incredible. She and her team provide an experience sure to close your deal. She doesn’t miss details and her experience and education will put you above your competitors when you really need it. At close to a billion dollars in lifetime sales I would challenge you to find better. You won’t.
