Tammy is a full service, Seattle real estate broker who loves helping people + home details + art + nature + community + learning. Tammy has called Seattle home since she was 4 years old. She was educated in the public school system, attended the University of Washington and then worked at Canlis Restaurant for over 10 years. She has lived in Shoreline, Madison Park, Magnolia, the University District and now NE Seattle. She knows the sneaky ways to get around town (without the help of waze!), and before COVID she loved dining out but now she spends those hours learning to cook new foods. She loves seeing what's new in-home design and now as the mom to 3 active kids, she can tell you where nearly every soccer field, community center and grocery store in the area are too. Additionally, she is married to a general contractor so they have a lot of knowledge about building construction which is very helpful during inspections and negotiations. They have a strong interest in sustainable living and am GREEN certified from the National Realtors Association. She knows a lot about this wonderful city, and she is happy to share what she knows with you!
