Let me tell you about this wonderful woman. We dealt with 2 different agents in Florida. We lived out of state in PA. At this time the agents didn't have the time of day to help us, never returned calls or messages. My wife found Tammy and their was an immediate connection. Tammy was very responsive to our needs. She found multiple homes for us an went and looked at over 15 houses for us because we were unable to look due to living in PA. She would send us pictures and virtual tours and always gave her honest opinion of the home. Tammy IS one of the best agents we have dealt with in Florida. She will go above and beyond to satisfy your needs and is always looking out for you. Needless to say, Tammy found our forever home in Port Charlotte for us and our 2 fur babies who are VERY HAPPY as well as us. Their are not enough review stars here for her. We highly recommend Tammy and we will recommend her to anyone moving here especially if your out of state an cannot look for yourself.

My husband and I met Tammy at an open house in 2016 and found her to be intelligent, knowledgeable and warm. We took her card but never really thought we would move to Venice. A few weeks later we changed our minds and decided we wanted to winter in Venice and called Tammy who found us the perfect condo on the island at a great price. A few years later we wanted a larger space with a more active community and again she showed us the perfect condo just behind the Venice Theatre, where we lived until we decided to purchase a house that we could gradually fix up. She found the ideal property. Her knowledge saved us quite a bit of money when the inspector pointed out some potential problems and she insisted that the price we were contracted to pay be lowered, which is was. We will never use any other realtor. She gets our highest recommendation for caring, thoroughness, knowing the market and working well to the benefit of her clients. You cannot do better than contacting Tammy Kitt to be your realtor. We have recommended her to friends and she always goes the extra mile to meet your needs and your financial limits. She does not pressure her clients at all.

I could not overstate how helpful and how valuable a resource is Tammy. Tammy Kitt was incredibly patient with us. We saw innumerable houses before finally finding our perfect house. She never pushed us, often brought us back to a property a second time only for us to get cold feet. She always told us that "we would know when we found the right house" and not to worry about the time the process took. And she was right. She is very knowledgeable about the market and can explain comparable properties, price differences between areas, historical price trends, and so on. We bought our condo, then our house, then sold the condo all with Tammy and it was a universally great experience. She is a great broker and an especially nice person who has become a great friend.

Our experience with Tammy was really excellent from start to finish. She showed why she is a top rated agent in a number of ways beginning with a very thorough cma including historical data. Being offsite for most of the sale, we really appreciated Tammy taking care of getting keys made, staging the house and holding an open house within 24 hours of signing our listing contract. We had the offer we eventually accepted 24 hours after the open house! She identified pros and cons of various offers but always stressed "we were in charge". She helped us manage the complexity of a contingent sale on the buyers property, arranged for necessary repairs after inspection and even brought a notary tour house allowing us to close hassle free. She even offered to help sell our boat! Hiring Tammy was one of the best decisions we've made.
