Tammy Noll

Tammy Noll has been a licensed Realtor for 11 years and is the Business Development Director for the Southside of Atlanta with Better Homes and Gardens Metro Brokers Real Estate. She is also a part of their Distinctive Collection division and a Million Dollar producer. Tammy is also co-owner of Oliver Adams Property Management company.

Tammy has earned numerous production awards and has been recognized as a rising star in the Georgia Real Estate community. She has been awarded the highest honor a Realtor Association can bestow on a member as “Realtor of the Year” for the Metro South Association of Realtors. She was also the Member of the Year for the Women’s Council of Realtors Georgia in 2017.

In addition to her production achievements, Tammy is a leader within the industry. She is currently serving a three year term on the National Executive Committee for the Women’s Council of Realtors (2020-2023) and is the 2020 Regional VP for the Women’s Council of Realtors, 2020 Governor in Georgia, and Chair for the National Women’s Council of Realtors, Ambassadors Program. She has also served as Chair on the National Women’s Council of Realtors New Member Task Force, and Chair of the State Network Forms Task Force. She is a past President of the Women’s Council of Realtors Georgia State Network. Tammy also serves on her local Realtor Association as the 2020/2021 Chair of the Membership Committee, Local Director, and State Director.

At the Georgia Association of Realtors, she serves on their governing board as a State Director, serves on the State Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion Task Force for a two-year term (2020/2021), and serves as the 2020 Chair of the Housing Opportunity & Diversity Committee. She has also served on the NAR Diversity Committee (2019-2021). She is also a strong advocate for the real estate industry and is a RPAC Sterling R Investor and President Circle Major Investor.

Tammy believes that her involvement and the influence of the Women’s Council of Realtors, has catapulted her career and success in the real estate industry. She is passionate about her family and spends most of her spare time with her grandsons or reading motivational books.
