Tamra McMahon was the best realtor!! She is the sweetest! She is also very knowledgeable, professional and gave great advice for our first experience in listing our very first home which served as a rental for 13 years. We got our first offer within 6 days of listing. We definitely already know Tamra will be our realtor when we decide to list our current home and as well considering purchasing a new one. What can I say? My place was NOT an easy sale and I knew that going into it. Tamra took up the task and let me say, she outperformed in so many ways. Her confidence sold me on day one and I'm so glad she was our selling agent. I needed some work done and she handled the contractors like a boss to make sure the work was performed as expected! She worked tirelessly and thanks to her, it closed this morning. Her professionalism and work ethic speaks volumes about how she handles real estate. I cannot recommend Tamra enough! I moved across the country and if it had not been for all the help that she gave me I would not have been able to get it done. She helped set up the work I needed to do and facilitated all the people that were here to do all the work, she would even go pick up supplies that I needed for the work and take them to the house. These are the characteristics I would pick when I think of Tamra. She helped my boyfriend Christopher and I find our dream home quickly and made our first home buying experience so easy and fun. Not only did she take her personal time to help us and really worked with our schedules but she was also super honest which we appreciated. Buying a home in Arkansas from another state made it difficult to preview homes. So we reached out to 4 different (all highly reviewed) agents who would show us a house and then just disappear. Not appreciating being ghosted we eventually put an offer on a home for sale by Tamra. As a joint buyer/seller agent she did a fabulous job representing both sides through some tough negotiations and was always extremely quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. Very grateful for my experience with Tamra and look forward to searching for future opportunities with her.

Update: a year after buying our first home with Tamra we started looking for a duplex, investment property. We just closed last week! Couldn't be happier with the energy and resourcefulness that Tamra commits to her clients! 5 stars again!
