Tania Boughton

Tania's warm personality, work ethic, honest opinions, and twenty years of experience in the leasing field inspire her clients to return to her for assistance and to refer their friends and family as well. Tania began her leasing career while in the military as a side job and moved her way up the ladder in several organizations and states, including Georgia and California, until she landed in Texas.

Tania understands the 'need for speed' in the leasing business as many properties are scooped up quickly. She often compares the leasing side of real estate to the stockroom floor.

Along with her leasing background, Tania is a single mom in the Park Cities with two little boys - one with special needs. She also has strong ties in both the Park Cities and Dallas as a servant leader and Rotarian. Tania is the State Legislative Chair for Childhood Obesity, raising awareness and funds for underserved children throughout Texas. She is currently finishing her degree in Theology at Dallas Baptist University.
