As first time home buyers we did not know what to truly expect from the home buying process, but Tania was able to guide us successfully through the process of new construction home buying. She was informative and extremely helpful. She responded promptly to any questions that we had. She provided us with useful information that as first time home buyers, we had no idea that we needed. Circumstances with home buying vary, and she went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy with our purchase. I would definitely recommend working with Tania.

Tania has been amazing to work with while searching for my first home. She was able to help me set realistic expectations of the process and refer me to additional resources (financing, home inspection, etc) to help along the way, and explain how the process flows from start to finish. She was in constant communication, facilitating my house hunt even across the weekends- often with next-day house tours after I inform her of properties I want to look at. I was never made to wait until I felt something was critical; every time a new item needed to be addressed, she was able to explain what to expect or notify me when something was ready for my attention. She's no slouch! Amazing experience, great personality and work ethic. I can't recommend her enough. Thank you, Tania!
