Early in Tanisha’s career, she worked in marketing and sales for Fortune 500
companies—HBO, Minolta, Verizon, and Staples—learning what makes a superior sales
experience. When she transitioned to real estate in 2005, she was often asked to train other
agents because she was a recognized sales expert and skilled trainer.
In 2018, fueled by her passion to mentor agents and her own sales success, she founded The
Next Level Realty Plus, which embodies her entrepreneurial vision to train agents and
provide clients with ease and convenience as they buy, sell, or invest in real estate. She is
well-known for her “Creating an Investor Mind” seminars that promote healthy mindsets in
real estate. In 2020, she also launched The Next Level Realty Plus Mentoring Program and
The Next Level Realty Plus Investment Program.
