We were lucky enough to meet Tanja at an open house we happened to stop into, and we couldn't be more thankful that we did. Above and beyond helping us buy a home, she gave us advice about neighborhoods for families with young kids, was patient with us as we went back and forth about what we wanted, and answered every question we had about the process. Always responsive to text and phone calls, and she was able to make it to every showing we wanted to check out. Tanja was able to get us in ahead of listing to see the home we eventually purchased, and I can't imagine we could have gotten it without her connections or persistence.

My husband and I used Tanja to help us find a furnished rental property in Manhattan Beach. We first met her at an Open House, and were impressed with her energy and follow-up. When our plans crystallized during Covid, she went out of her way to send us Viber tours of properties in which we were interested, and which we couldn't see during quarantine on the East Coast. She even spent significant time helping us with lease agreement issues during her vacation. Thoroughly pleasant, professional and responsive.
