Tanya Groso-Lachenauer

After graduating from the University of Nevada, Reno with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, she decided she wanted to spend a season in North Lake Tahoe skiing before jumping into a career. That season did turn into many great years at Squaw Valley! After many years enjoying Lake Tahoe, she decided it was time to buy a home and pursue a career. The process of investing in her first investment property and then buying a home in 2001 led me to a wonderful career in real estate. She became a full-time licensed Realtor in 2001 and haven’t looked back. She joined Keller Williams Group One Inc. as an founding investor partner/agent in 2003 and have consistently been in the top 20% of the office. With an emphasis on assessing my clients’ needs and goals, while offering a high level of communication, she has been able to exceed their expectations. Her business is 92% Repeat Business and Referrals! During her 19 years of real estate and as a real estate investor myself, she has helped my clients successfully buy, sell and invest in hundreds of homes. As a native Nevadan, she enjoys sharing my knowledge of the area with both buyers and sellers. The quality of life here in Reno/Sparks is one of the nation's best kept secrets...perhaps not so secret lately! she lives in Northwest Reno with my husband of 16 years and our 2 daughters. When not working, she enjoys skiing, boating, biking, Lake Tahoe, the Nevada Wolf Pack, relaxing with my family and great books.
