So, I was searching for a home for me and my wife to create new memories... you see in February 2021 we lost our thirteen year old daughter Chloe, with no known preexisting conditions she passed in our apartment in her room on her bed in her sleep . I'm searching Zillow and see this house and I email for a rep and I get a call from Ms. Jasper. I tell her our story and I ask her to help us find a new beginning. I can’t speak highly enough of Tanya Jasper as our real estate agent. Her professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity and hard work ethics are very much appreciated and respected. She is detail oriented, honest, good with people and has a knack for matching the tenant with the owner…. making it the perfect fit for your home, you see a year ago this time I couldn't see past the next day I would pass by my daughters room where I last saw her sleeping and I was stuck in my grief and sorrow. When Tanya called us and said the property was available I believed that if it was meant to be we would close around February and the "Most High " would grace us with wonder memories to help us deal with our loss and new experiences to guide us forward. Tanya definitely have a passion for what she does and you can tell that she loves her job and the services she provides. Thank you Ms. Jasper aka "The Bully"

It was a very great experience working with Tanya. She was knowledgeable and professional. She was very responsive with answering our calls promptly, and questions. Very prompt with new listings. She listened to what we wanted for our house. We felt very comfortable working with her. My husband and I were very picky and undecided. But Tanya helped us find our forever home. I highly recommend her.

Tanya was my buyers agent and has been the most responsive, most understanding, easiest agent to work with. I’ve bought and sold over 20 homes (I don’t flip, I move a lot) and she has easily been the most pleasant to work with. She was happy to work with my situation (I left the area prior to closing) and helped me and her buyers make this an easy, smooth transition. I couldn’t recommend her more. You can’t go wrong with Tanya and her amazing customer service and real estate knowledge. If I could award more than 5 stars, I would!
