I am writing this review for Tanya Lyles, Samson Properties, National Harbor. Tanya is a very caring and concerned Real Estate Agent who provides excellent service. Tanya made sure my home was up to code and staged it so that it was appealing to potential buyers. I have nothing but praise for her. Whenever I needed to make upgrades she made sure that I was provided with appropriate contractors or service technicians. I highly recommend her to both sellers and buyers in the Metropolitan area! Tanya and her team went above and beyond to put me in the home I wanted This was not your average home purchase, mind you. Things got a little bumpy, and there were times where I thought the sale would collapse; a point where the seller seemed to have dropped out of the picture. When things got hectic and I feared for the worst, Tanya and her team provided all the comfort and assurances I needed. Tanya’s professionalism, knowledge, and confidence made all the difference. Her calmness and matter of fact ways rendered a bumpy ride, smooth. Her gentle smile, calm demeanor, and confidence (faith) allayed my worst thoughts. She placed my interest and concerns above all else; and I am truly grateful to Tanya and her team. I feel I’ve gained a realtor and friends. They really delivered for me!
