On recommendation of a friend, I engaged Tanya to find a tenant for a rental house I had just completed renovating. She was very well organized, and using just a smart phone, was able to list the house on a dozen websites within a few hours of meeting me at the house. This was on a Friday night. She held an open house two days later on Sunday afternoon, and found the person who became the tenant two weeks later. All of the contract-signing, including changes made during the period of tenant-landlord back-and-forth negotiation, took place via internet, saving a great deal of driving and time. The standard lease she uses is utterly rife with protective detail for both landlord and tenant.
I would definitely hire her again. Thoroughly professional, no non-sense, produces results quickly.
