With roots in Texas, Tanya came to the bay area in December of 2000. Real estate has always been a passion for her. Tanya started off by purchasing her first home in 2012 in the Los Gatos area. Then they sold their first home and were able to double their profits. This is where Tanya realized bay area is the best place to invest and live. This also motivated her to get her real estate license, and to make many family’s dreams come true like mine. Tanya had previously worked with Coldwell Banker, but she is currently working with Compass Real Estate Agency in Los Gatos. This company is in the top 1 percent real estate agency in northern California. Tanya is not just passionate about helping families find their next home, she loves being a part of other San Jose community activities and fundraisers.
