As a professional realtor, Tara’s top priority is to guide her clients towards success, through expert negotiations and skill that keeps customers and transactions on track — calmly and professionally. She listens to her clients' wants and needs to achieve the best outcome in every transaction, and strives to ensure that the buying or selling process is stress-free. Tara began her real estate career in 2006, after moving up North from the Chicago suburbs. Seeking a quieter lifestyle, she and her husband Dan, their three children settled into the Three Lakes community. Tara spent her childhood summers in the Minocqua area, so the Northwoods has always felt like home.

Tara joined the Redman Realty Group in 2023, bringing with her 17 years of expertise in sales, management and corporate training experience to the brokerage. She has been a top producer for many years, earning several prestigious honors, including the Century 21 Quality Service Award and Triple Centurion recognition. Across her career, Tara has remained in the top 5% of sales ranking in the Greater Northwoods
MLS. She holds a broker license in both Wisconsin and previously in Florida.

Husband Dan has joined Tara in real estate creating The Stephens Team in 2023, adding his experience in sales, property management and landscape design. In 2024 The Stephens Team successfully closed on 24% of total volume in the Three Lakes WI market. Tara and Dan enjoy spending time with their family, and love cruising the lakes aboard their antique 1952 Chris Craft. With sharp knowledge of the local market, they are relentless in ensuring clients get the best care during and beyond the sale.
