Extremely helpful, patient, and kind. Took our wish list (20 minutes in any direction from work, great school district, acres if possible, and worked hard to find something that worked for us! He even checked out some houses without us since we were out of state. Went above and beyond to help with all aspects, and also recommended very good cleaners, inspectors, septic, etc, to make the transition easier. Also, never made me feel rushed when I wanted to re-visit the house before we made an offer. Couldn't have been a better realtor.

Taras has been the best Real Estate Agent I’ve ever worked with. My girlfriend and I were in the market to purchase a home and I had a few concerns. I was trying to start the buying process while I was still deployed overseas. After talking to Taras, he smoothen out my concerns and assure me that he’ll do everything in his power to make sure things go smoothly. That was what really stood out to me about Taras, his dedication. He went above and beyond on make sure we found a house we love. After getting outbid on two previous offers, the third offer was the charm. We closed on a house we really love and it wouldn’t be possible without Taras. Thank you for everything.
