Так как все нам твердили одно и тоже, не достаточно дохода, ждите, когда у Вас увеличится доход. Но как только мы познакомились с Тарланом и сказали ему свои возможности и предпочтения , в этот же вечер нам были выслали варианты домов , из них мы оставили 4 . Тарлан сразу связался и агентами и хозяевами домов и начал обговаривать все детали. Сразу было запланировано осмотр и мы поехали , выбрали 2 варианта . Тарлан сразу связаться с агентами и продавцами и начал отговаривать условия сделки . И о чудо , нам с помощью профессионализма , скорости и мастерства удалось сделать оффер , и хозяин принял наш офер. Дальше он даже вёл переговоры с HOA, нашёл нам страховую компанию, выслал все расценки, нашёл мастеров для достройки лестницы . И спустя всего месяц мы засалились в наш дом . О чем и мечтать не могли. Очень рекомендую Вам Тарлан , как хоть молодого, но очень грамотного специалиста, быстрая работа, грамотный подбор специалистов , коммуникабельность, грамотность и внимание. I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about Tarlan, I’m so happy we had him as a realtor!!! He has all of the qualities you want in a realtor a then some: NOT pushy. He made sure we were never agreeing to something we were uncomfortable with and let us take our time to consider what we wanted. He was Super responsive and would immediately text us back or call us if we needed anything. Tarlan is also very well connected to the community and had excellent recommendations for loan providers, lawyers, and inspectors. I am a very skeptical person and Tarlan is so honest person, I knew we could trust him throughout the process. We had so many dumb questions that were not Tarlan's responsibility to answer, but he always helped or pointed us in the right direction. And finally he’s got such an amazing DEAL FOR US! And saved more than $25k for us!!! He always made sure we were informed and would push for our best interest. We told him what we wanted and he brought the results, he's Miami’s SUPER STAR!! I recently purchased property in Aventura, Florida. Tarlan was recommended to me by my brother. From the very first phone call and appointment, Tarlan ensured to provide excellent service to me as a buyer. I had an idea of what I wanted, but needed somebody local and with expertise in real estate to guide me and support me in finding the place and through the transaction. Tarlan was easy to work with, as he was very attentive, organized and did his best to understand exactly what my needs were. He did his best to schedule appointments timely and was available to ask questions and make suggestions. When the offer was accepted, he ensured that all parties met the milestones in the timeline and the transaction go smoothly. I just want to take a moment and thank Tarlan for all the work he did in getting my new property to close for me. We have seen so many homes together but he was always patient and remind me that I have to feel the home before decide to make an offer. Texts, calls, emails always positive and always cheerful. Always prompt, accurate and friendly, he is a great human and terrific realtor to represent you! This isn't always true for Realtors I have dealt with in the past.
