The first house under contract seemed great until the inspections came back with many issues that the seller was not willing to repair. Tascha was able to help us navigate that tricky situation, and we realized that house was not worth the repairs cost for us. Her advice was invaluable in helping us avoid an eventual money pit, and she helped us find our perfect home!
