Buying a home can be a stressful and difficult endeavor. Having the right real estate agent can make this process smooth and enjoyable. While working with Tasos to find our dream home, we quickly realized how experienced and knowledgeable he was on finding us the right home. He treated my family like his own, went the extra mile to do research on homes all over the area to find us only the ones we would be interested in. While going through these houses he could easily identify where work needed to be done, what shape the house was in, what materials were used and whether or not it was worth the investment. He never tried to "sell us" on a house that he didn't think was a fit for us. He always had our best interests first in his mind. When we finally found our dream home, he was able to show us how to beat the cutthroat competition in this area by advising us how to write a contract that no one else could beat all while not overpaying for the investment (11 other buyers also wanted the same house). When we finally got word we got the house, his role did not end there. He was able to guide us through the loan and titling process all the way through signing the final paperwork at closing. We decided on renovating different parts of the house and he was able to help us with critical decisions, such as picking out the correct colors, materials and what prices to expect. He also recommended various people that could perform this work and help us turn these renovations into a reality, all for a low price. I would recommend Tasos for anyone interested in buying or renting a home. It may be the best decision you make when you decide to buy a home.
