What a fighter! Nothing about my first time home purchase was normal, to put it mildly. I was so happy to have Tawanda by my side/in my corner. She always stands up for her clients and makes sure that the right thing is done. I cannot recommend her more highly. I am also having her help me with selling my dad's home. She is not just your realtor but becomes a trusted friend.

An amazing experience! From start to end, I knew Tawanda had our best interest at heart. She stood by us, walked us through many different parts of the process but most importantly she was there to advocate for us when needed. If you are looking for a Realtor that listens to what you want, does not try to talk you into liking something you don't, CALL TAWANDA. If you want a Realtor who is honest in her representations and word, call Tawanda. I have worked with other realtors in the past and was not looking forward to searching for a new home. Tawanda made it so much easier and even fun. If I could give her 10 stars, I would. We will never use anyone but Tawanda Purdie for any future real estate purchases. She is a true professional. So I do not do reviews ever, but this woman is amazing! I was originally set up with a real estate agent from a friend who never wanted to look at properties or even try to see if the home we were interested would accept our loan. Our landlord at the time gave us 30 days to move, so as a mom of three under three I panicked. I emailed our current real estate agent who said she would check into it but never got back to me and the home had sold. Fast forward I am searching high and low for another property and find one no contact from the old real estate agent so I take a chance on realtor.com. I was matched with Tawanda Purdie. This woman called me set up an appointment to get to know each other first, see our interests and just feel out if we would be good working with each other. I ended up having to cancel our appointment since one of the littles was sick or something. Anyways, a property became available I called Tawanda told her what was going on, she was in the middle of renovations at her own home and in her gym clothes stopped what she was doing to help me and our family. ( multiple times actually she really is amazing) I can not tell you how amazing this woman is, she strives for only the best for her clients, and is willing to go above and beyond for her clients. She is timely, respectful, and a pleasure to work with. Our family I so thankful to have found her, she has guided us through every trial with the market and being first time home buyers. I could not recommend her enough, any person that works with Tawanda is lucky, she is a true blessing and real estate agent miracle.

I met Tawanda over a year ago hitting the pavement in my neighborhood looking for new business. This is so rare to find people willing to put in the work these days! From that moment on I knew when I was ready to sell exactly who I was going to call. Tawanda remained in touch with a respectful distance and was never too pushy but always there. She has continued to impress me from the beginning to end . She truly went above and beyond has great communication and was there in a pinch whenever I needed her. Tawanda stuck with us like a trouper thru a bumpy ride
Tawanda first listed the property for us in October, ran one open house and generated a couple of offers, and we accepted one of the offers. The proposed buyer extended from the late November closing date into December and then had their financing fall through. Tawanda was already prepared to relist and we had a new offer within days of the cancelled contract. However, the new buyer's lender's appraisal did not come in as high as on the first contract -- no worries - - Tawanda already had a back offer that included affirmative language providing for no appraisal contingency. This pushed our second contract buyer to close with our more beneficial appraisal number, and bring more cash to closing. In the meantime, because we are out of town and this was a rental property; Tawanda organized handymen, warranty service personnel, cleaners, pest control - and even worked to make sure our landscape flowers were watered! Tawanda went the distance, handled the bumps with aplomb, consistently communicated and made the deal happen. Bravo!
