I have worked with Tazeen Qudsi throughout the years in two different capacities. First one is she represented me as a buyer agent for one of my purchases in DC. One of Tazeen’s major skills is her ability to negotiate on your behalf and get the best deal possible for you. She was able to negotiate some additional seller concessions and she always kept a very professional and friendly tone with the other side. She is definitely on top of her game! I have also worked with her in my role as a title agent. And I always observe how patient and professional she is with her clients as well as the parties on the other side of the transaction. I would highly recommend her to anybody who is looking to buy or sell a home in the DMV area.

Do you have a house? Great! Do you need it to be sold? WELL YA CAME TO THE RIGHT PLACE FOLKS. I was having THE worst time selling my house! Agent Tazeen came to the rescue and was able to help me out when all hope was lost. Not only that but she was also able to help me buy a new house! Honestly what CANT Agent Tazeen do? Probably land a quadruple jump in ice skating in perfect form (it's literally impossible). For all your real estate needs, definitely contact her.
