I have just started the process of listing my home. This was a very sudden decision for me. She came out to my home and helped me through the emotional process of of what had to be done and made it feel super easy and smooth. She goes up and beyond to research the people needed for work I wanted done to sell my house. She is on top of being fair to both parties and explaining the numbers the why and answers all questions. I have felt so relieved to be able to move out knowing she is taking care of the things that I was overwhelmed to do by myself and didn’t know where to start. She personally is coming to ensure quality work so I do not have the added stress. Think about this; what realtor has anyone met/worked with that has gone up and beyond volunteering their time to smooth the process and ensure the client Before the listing started!. This is my 3rd house and I have never experienced such a fantastic realtor before. I am so excited to see the outcome of the upgrades I want done and for the house to be listed on the market.
I appreciate that she calls me and gives me updates on the market and has given me trustworthy referral for my future moving forward. I will post another review after the sale and Guarantee It will be an amazing, smooth, invigorating experience with her.
