Welcome to Team ANA Let us introduce ourselves! Annamaria Fagetti Preti, GRI, – I was born and raised in Italy in a family with strong ethical beliefs. I moved to Florida in 1997 and lived in different cities for the first two years. Having first-hand experience in relocating often has helped me easily empathize with my clients and allowed me to better focus on the details and the needs of each individuals. Natalie Opalinski, – I was born in Germany and grew up in Michigan but I have been calling Florida my home for the past 15 years. I lived in many different places including Argentina. I enjoy connecting with my clients and I know the thrilling joy of relocating. You can entrust me with your real estate needs. Anne Chuard Malinine, GRI, – I was born and raised in Switzerland. I moved here 14 years ago. Throughout my previous career in private aviation I learned to listen to my clients in order to understand what they are looking for. This gives me the ability to tailor my services to your needs. Our goal is to provide the best possible service with a customized attention to each individual. Respect and honesty are at the core of our beliefs. Each one of us bring her strengths and skills to the team. We embrace our different backgrounds and we incorporate our different and new ideas to our set of tools to better serve our clients. We all speak multiple languages (English, French, Italian, and German) and we traveled and lived in many different countries. Our international experiences and connections help us to better understand the needs and expectations of our clients.
