Lynn and Collie were the best! They was thorough and professional and great to work with. They were available to answer the many questions we had about the property since we were living in Germany while most of the process was going through. In the end, It was wonderful not only to have the property of our dreams but also new friends.

Team Foster worked with me for over a year to complete a new house build. Typically buyer realtors are not required to be apart of such an massive undertaking but Lynn and Collie stepped up to the plate. They are a great team and will make sure that their client is satisfied before closing any deals. Their tenacity is respectable especially dealing with the pitfalls encountered during a pandemic.

This was our first time buying a house, and they were super helpful and responsive. They helped walk us through and explain the whole process. They were always responsive at any time of day and were always on top of our builder to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Wonderful people who I would recommend to anyone.

I'm not big on writing reviews for just anyone/ any company. It's hard to find truly great and exceptional people, especially when it comes to sales type work. My husband and I are first time home buyers, and we were nervous about what to expect as far as finding a quality home and working with good realtors. Without a doubt, Collie and Lynn Foster totally blew away any worries we had right from day one. They weren't just trying to make a sale, they genuinely wanted to help us find a good home for our tiny family. They offered advice and were there for us during every step of the way. They're both good people with kind hearts who want to help families like ours find their forever home. Within a week, we found the home we wanted and were able to secure it pretty quickly. They also accompanied us to the closing to ensure that we weren't signing anything odd. If you're looking to buy/sell a home in the Huntsville area, I highly recommend this duo!
