We couldn’t be happier we chose to work with Ted in searching for our first home. We had had the pleasure of working with Ted in the past while searching for our first apartment, and knew we could trust him again with this much bigger endeavor. If you have ever purchased a property before, you know the process can be quite tedious and stressful, not to mention tiring. Ted was very patient with my wife and I when visiting multiple properties and discussing all our options. He paid close attention to all of our property needs and requirements, and showed up prepared time and time again. His realtor knowledge and expertise was very helpful and much appreciated. Although we don't plan to move for a while, if/when we do we definitely look forward to working with Ted again!
