Ted is an amazing person, passionate hard working and goes above and beyond for his clients. he is the best that there is. i personally know him and have had many friends buy houses with him. He always makes sure he goes above and beyond and is very responsive and communicative with his clients. Yes, there was a Lydia coming to STAY at the house across the street... Lydia lost her home in the Milton.... yep, I was probly in my pajamas and looking like a homeless Polish guy.
I was supposed to meet Lydia for the owners of home who were letting her stay there. She was expected around the time u were parked in front of our homes, and I was keeping an eye out. Didn't even notice your car make/model, nor that u were of Hispanic heritage, and is Lydia a Hispanic name? I'm clueless on that. Sounds like you're profiling yourself.
I have screen shots on my text messenger from the REAL LYDIA from the first week in October when we were getting her settled in to the home directly across the street from mine. How dare you question my intentions. I park all over pinellas county in front of homes and text so im not doing while driving. Congrats on your luxury vehicle. And thank you for visiting our trashy neighborhood.
Yep, I made the speeding joke, get over it. We have a major problem with speeders after they drop their kids at the school next door.
And how nice of me to introduce myself to you and tell you why I was inquisitive.
Would love the opportunity to share my Lydia texts that truly exist. And maybe you could be a little less judgemental.
