Home buying can be a very stressful experience honestly but with Ted so far it’s actually a lot of fun! He is kind, attentive to detail, honest and absolutely hilarious! We spent all day looking at homes and I’m having the time of my life!

As I look back on my previous home buying experiences- they went well - but none so memorable and honestly stress free! I’ve had a few realtors over the years having lived in different states and some realtors can be overly dry and even kind of snobby - not this guy!

As far as local market knowledge he cannot be beat - I’ve only lived in the area a year so I needed someone who knew ALOT! And Ted definitely does.

After yesterday, I honestly can’t even imagine doing business with another realtor. My home sale and purchases will always be with Ted! Thank you Ted for your tireless searching and effort to help me find the PERFECT home!

Ted is an amazing person, passionate hard working and goes above and beyond for his clients. he is the best that there is. i personally know him and have had many friends buy houses with him. He always makes sure he goes above and beyond and is very responsive and communicative with his clients. Ted is not only an amazing realtor but great person. i have known him for years and hes loyal,honest, direct and very caring towards all people. you are loved ted

We have used Ted as both a buyer and a seller’s agent and his knowledge of the Safety Harbor market is unrivaled.
