Ted Lennon

Ted is involved in hospitality development and management with particular focus on California and Hawaii. He is currently involved in master planning and entitling a revitalization of the Ka’anapali Resort in Maui. His major California projects include The Reserve golf course and The Terraces at the Vintage Club in Indian Wells; Stone Eagle Golf Club and Shadow Mountain Resort in Palm Desert; and major retail developments – Desert Crossings and The Gardens on El Paseo in Palm Desert. He has brokered over $800 million in real estate sales. He was 2005 Coachella Valley Entrepreneur of the Year and is a former U.S. Army Captain and Vietnam veteran.
