Ted Moses

As co-founder of the company Ted oversees the operation of the company’s real estate investment management portfolio. Responsible for administration of each management assignment utilizing his twenty-five years of Real Estate experience. Responsibilities include developing and implementing the management plan, working closely with the owners to assure compatibility with the stated objectives. “Hands-on Management” philosophy provides the ability to oversee all aspects of all facilities that have been entrusted to his care and provides project oversight management for any up-fitting or build-outs required by our clients. Has extensive knowledge of all high tech building mechanical systems, vendor contract negotiation, security, environmental “Green Buildings” and facility maintenance. Ted is a graduate of Florida State University and a member of many local and national real estate organizations.
